The Blood Pressure Cure July 8, 2010 Penny A. Yoder (Portland, OR USA) By following the suggestions in the book, my good friend lowered her blood pressure from 180/100 to 120/70. She will NOT be taking drugs. I bought the book because of her testimony and to share with friends. At this point in my life, I don't have high blood pressure. But as we all know, things change. This is a great source of information. Thank you, Mr. Kowalski!

Have found this book very informative and helpful. Have actually made of list of what is good, maybe and bad for the cure and prevention of high blood pressure. Would recommend this book to anyone.
Good advice, but check w/ your doctors before supplementing May 13, 2010 E. F. Paredes (California USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Thoughtful, well-written and effective. Especially useful were the chapters on keeping active, controlling your salt intake and lowering your cholesterol. The author takes on an encouraging and helpful tone throughout the book, which I found was a nice touch.
But as always, you should consult with your doctors before taking any of the supplements he suggested in his book. Case in point: I'm a pre-dialysis kidney patient and one of the two biggest things I can do to help my situation is to control my blood pressure. I can't, however, begin a diet regimen involving supplements without first running it through my nephrologist because I must strictly regulate what goes into my body. The best I can do is follow Kowalski's advice on staying active and fit. It's good advice on the whole, but do keep a level of healthy skepticism as ask plenty of questions.
I would still highly recommend this book because of its encouraging and effective advice.

The information in this book is excellent. The techniques and activities addressed really work and in the way they are described. I have already recommended to several of my friends.
