Awesome August 23, 2010 ScribeMatt I've been using this for quite some time. I love keeping it in my car and just shoving my cash, id, and a couple credit cards in here when I want easy and light instead of the full bulk of a wallet in my pocket.
Not for me. August 10, 2010 Joshua This product was not for me. I dislike how they finished the edges also. Some people might like this product or would be good for them though. Recently saw it in a few stores for $9.99 as well.
Slim Clip, slim comfort, slim options August 4, 2010 JDee I purchased this because of a coworker who said he loved his after using it for about 3 weeks. I was excited because of the cheep price and was excited to shy away from my bulky wallet. At first I was thinking, this is great, small, compact holds my cards and cash and thats all I needed.
However, after using it for about 2 months, it started to slowly get stretched out. and it got to lose and wouldn't hold my cash tight enough, and was kinda getting crooked where it held my cards. It would never hold less then 3 bills and I had to do a tri-fold just to get the dang thing to hold 3 bills!
Needless to say, after 3 months I purchased a leather magnetic money clip that also has a slot for all my cards that I absolutely love!! The magnetic clip is "money"! Even holds a single bill.
Would I recommend the slim clip? NO. Can I see how some people may like it? YES.
Just wasn't for me. Even though I was excited about it.
My final thought: Save the $10 and get a leather money clip that also has a pocket for all your cards.
good money clip July 27, 2010 Jim Slinger (PHILADELPHIA, PA, US) I've had the slim clip for several weeks, and I haven't carried a wallet since. It works as advertised for thirty bills, and I've carried up to five cards in it. Definitely worth the two dollars plus shipping and handling that I paid for it. A softer money clip with a leather cover may be better for abour five dollars more, but I'm satisfied with the slim clip.
Not worth the 7 bucks July 18, 2010 A. Cawein I was looking for a money clip and happen to see this. I don't carry many cards and my money is usually held by a rubber band, so I figured this would be perfect to keep my money together. I got it and used it once. It's a piece of metal bent in a way to hold you money and cards. I had a very difficult time getting my money into the clip, forget about the credit cards. Once I had the money in I could barley get it out without tearing up my money. I tried bending it a little and it held alright until I spent some money and the bills kept falling out. This was a waste of money. If your looking for something reliable that can hold your money and credit cards and will keep them compact, invest in a bag of rubber bands.
