The unit itself is good quality. Seems to work well.
One note, the software is not compatible with windows 7 so beware. Works fine on older OS.

In side by side comparisons at 3 different doctor's office visits, this product was 30-40 mm off, on the high side. When I spent $18 for to & from postage to the company, they merely returned it and said it was within specifications. I sent it back.

This device is great and includes everything you need to measure you blood pressure. The software is a great adition so you can have very details reports.

The Omron HEM 790IT is one of the best Blood Pressure Monitor. It is easy and works right out of the box. I will recommend it to any one. The price was great at Amazon.com.

The "Omron HEM-790IT Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor with Advanced Omron Health Management Software" is the best value that I could find for the money. It is E-Z to operate, E-Z to read, and it has a lot of good features built into it that others do not. I use it almost daily. It shows me not only the daily reading, but I can scroll back in time to view past readings or, it will give me a running average BP reading!
The only thing that I'd like to see is a slightly longer hose going to the cuff- but that is not a really big deal.
Bottom line,,,,,,,,,,, very good product for the money!!
